Kew Forest Plumbing recently completed plumbing work for Claire H., she needed trouble shooting on a difficult situation. A slow leak was coming from an unknown pipe and all efforts have been unable to determine its source. Kew Forest found the source and fixed the leak.

“I highly recommend Kew Forest. They just did the most fantastic job with a difficult situation in our home… a slow leak coming from somewhere. We couldn’t figure it out. You see, unbeknownst to us, a pipe had been leaking slowly for weeks… maybe months… and suddenly all the water collected in the ceiling and then the ceiling weakened and the water came crashing down into our bathroom floor from the apartment above (two family house). We called at 7:15 a.m. and a team showed up before 8 a.m.
They found the source of the leak – worked very methodically… and while they worked, they checked in every hour or so to let us know how things were going. They were nice, and conscientious and very good at explaining the plumbing situation, showed us the faulty pipe and explained how much of the pipe they needed to replace. When they left, everything was incredibly clean. Not a spec of plaster. Or dirt. Heck, they even wiped down the wall where the rusty water left a stain. And then this…they carefully covered the opened ceiling where the new pipe was installed, with heavy transparent plastic so the insurance adjuster could see everything and so that no more dust would come into the house.
Kew Forest even took pictures of the old pipes and the open ceiling so we could send them to the adjuster. They turned an awful situation into something easy to deal with and stress free. Just a great job all around.”
